Typical jobs: running or phantom-flushing toilets, dripping faucets and handles, loose supply lines, slow-fill toilet tanks, seized shut-off valves under sinks, and minor fixture swaps (no gas, no structural work). We quote upfront, work clean, and don't invoice you for parts you didn't need.
